Check-in/Check out procedures

Guests are met upon arrival and escorted to the lobby where cold towels are handed out. Complimentary Welcome Drink and Welcome Food are served. Guests are then escorted to the room after registration formalities are done.

Check-in time is 2:00p.m.. Checkout time is 12:00noon. A 50% charge will be levied on late checkout after 12:00 noon and before 6:00 p.m., and a full day charge for late checkout after 6:00 p.m. extended checkout time is subject to room availability.
